Cook's Ticket is operated by Rasborg ApS, CVR 39821796, in Rønne, Denmark. The programme combines maritime requirements with practical culinary education and remote assessment.
The authority’s role
The official Danish Ship's Cook Certificate is issued only by the Danish Maritime Authority after a separate application.
